Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time set aside for every client, please review the following:
* Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
* Any cancellation or reschedule requested within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service price.
* Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
* The cancellation fee must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked.
* Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
